Maybe you do not know that all over the world, naturopathy, is used to treat the clay body wraps, vegetarian food, cloth strips soaked in water and bathrooms. But no naturopath has yet to understand that the effects on the body of the strips of cloth soaked in water, clay compresses or baths do not depend so much on the particular characteristics of these things, but whether they influence the navel center. And the center of the navel then influence the rest of the body. All of these things - clay, water, toilets - have an effect on energy of the quiescent center of the navel, and when he wakes up this energy, health appears in the person's life. It is an amazing thing that food makes us sick. It is as if the sun rose in the morning bringing the dark. That would be something equally surprising and strange. All doctors in the world are of the opinion that the majority of diseases in humans depend on a poor diet. So the first thing is that everyone must be extremely aware of how you eat. And I say this especially to the meditator. The meditator must be aware of what to eat, what to eat, and the effect of food on her body. Experimenting for several months with the knowledge, discover what is surely the right food for him, what gives you peace of mind, peace and health. There are real difficulties: it is only because we do not give any attention to the food that we never find out which one is right for us. "
