Sono appena rientrata dall'ufficio e ho deciso di cimentarmi in una ricettina facile e veloce di un formaggio spalmabile brasiliano chiamato Requeijào! Ha degli ingredienti molto semplici ed economici ed ha una buona resa, con 1 litro di latte escono 400 gr di prodotto.

Sono sempre alla ricerca di sapori nuovi...e fondamentalmente non riesco a stare ferma!!! La ricettina l'ho presa as always from my favorite cooking site Wired New York!
